Terms of Service
Last updated 14 August 2026
These are the rules for using AoyWallet. They are written in plain language on purpose — a document nobody can read protects nobody. Using the service means you accept them.
1. What AoyWallet is
AoyWallet is a custodial micro-wallet. You hold balances with us in a number of cryptocurrencies, move them between members instantly and without a network fee, and withdraw them on-chain when they are worth sending.
We are not a bank, not an exchange, and not an investment service. Balances earn nothing by sitting still, and are not insured by anybody.
2. Your account & Multi-Accounting Policy
- One account per person, household, and IP. Any additional accounts registered or accessed from the same IP address, household network, or physical device are considered multi-account abuse.
- Zero-tolerance enforcement. If multiple accounts are detected from the same IP address or household, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended immediately, and all accumulated balances and pending earnings will be forfeited without exception.
- A real, verified permanent email address. Disposable, temporary, or burner email domains are strictly prohibited. Email verification is mandatory prior to processing any cryptocurrency withdrawals.
- No self-referrals or Sybil farming. Using your own referral link to register secondary accounts or farming offerwalls across duplicate accounts will result in immediate network-wide disqualification and ban.
- Account security. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). We cannot undo transactions if someone gains unauthorized access to your account.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposit addresses are yours for as long as your account exists. Send only the coin and the network the page names — anything else is unrecoverable, by us or by anyone.
- Every withdrawal fee is published and shown again before you confirm. What you see is what is taken.
- Withdrawals are sent from our own wallets with keys we hold. Large or unusual ones may be held for a manual check before they are broadcast.
- A transaction that has been broadcast to a blockchain cannot be reversed, cancelled or recalled — by us or by anybody. Check the address.
4. Earning
The platform pays members through several systems — a faucet directory and payout API, Paid-to-Click adverts, a daily bonus, staking, offerwalls, an affiliate programme and a lottery. Each has its own rules, shown on its own page.
Rewards are not a wage and are not guaranteed. Rates change, systems are switched off, and an advert or an offer can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Things that will close your account
- Operating more than one account, or sharing accounts across the same IP address, household, or device.
- Using disposable, temporary, or burner email addresses.
- Scripts, bots, automated clickers, emulators, or antidetect browsers.
- Self-referrals or referring accounts created under the same network/IP.
- Faking your location, device, or identity using VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic reward restrictions.
- Charging back, reversing, or disputing offerwall or external partner earnings you were paid for.
- Using the payout API or merchant checkout for unlawful activities.
6. Merchants and faucet owners
If you take payments through our checkout or pay your users through our payout API, you are additionally responsible for what you sell and who you pay. Our fee for a settled payment is published on the fee page and taken at settlement.
Money sent to a temporary checkout address after its window closes, or in a different coin or on a different network than the one quoted, may not be creditable at all.
7. The advertising network
You can advertise across the network, or earn by showing network adverts on a website you own. Both sit on top of the general rules above.
- Advertisers buy placement by a daily budget, paid up front and split between the platform and a shared reward pool. That budget buys a share of the rotation — never a guaranteed number of views or clicks, and never a result. Ad content must be lawful and not deceptive; we may refuse or remove a campaign at any time, and the budget of a removed campaign is not refunded.
- Publishers earn a share of each day’s reward pool from genuine, unique views and clicks; VPN, datacentre, bot and self-traffic earn nothing. Earnings are a share of a pool, not a fixed rate, and are not guaranteed. Show the code only on your own sites — misreporting or inflating traffic forfeits the earnings.
- Internal counters — points and pool shares — are accounting only. They are not a balance, a currency or a debt we owe, and cannot be withdrawn. Publisher payouts settle to your USDT balance at UTC midnight and may be held for review.
8. What we do not promise
- That the service is available without interruption. Blockchains, price feeds and third parties all fail sometimes, and so do we.
- That a price quoted a minute ago still holds. Conversions use the rate at the moment you confirm.
- That an earning system will still exist tomorrow, or pay the same as today.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses beyond the balance held in your account — and never for money lost to a blockchain transaction you sent yourself.
9. Changes, and ending the agreement
These terms change as the platform does; the date at the top is when they last did. You can close your account at any time by withdrawing your balance and asking us through Support. We may close an account that breaks these rules, and will say why.
10. Contact
Everything goes through Support, which reaches the people who run the platform directly, or by email at support@aoywallet.com. There is no separate legal desk to be passed to.
